Media Registration and Information

 To request a media pass to SemTech 2010 please fill out the media registration form HERE:

Media passes will be given to working journalists/analysts who intend on covering the event. If your request for a media pass is approved, you will receive an email message from SemTech 2010 staff.

A media pass will give you access to all conference sessions, keynote speakers, exhibits, and networking events. A pressroom will also be provided. 

Media and Analyst Requirements

To be approved as a qualified member of the press for SemTech 2010, registrants must cover the industry by publishing relevant articles within the industry. You must provide a link to your most recently published article with a byline by you in order to be approved for the conference.

SemTech 2010 reserves the right to refuse a media pass to anyone without cause during registration and on-site. 

Editorial representatives, including full-time reporters, editors, writers, radio/TV reporters, camera crews, and photographers can receive press badges. To register on-site, you must provide at least one of the following press credentials:

  •     Business card (from a technology publication or media outlet relevant to semantic technology) imprinted with your name and title.
  •     A copy of a current by-lined article.
  •     The masthead of a current industry-related publication with individual’s name listed.

Freelance journalists are required to have a letter from an editor stating that they are on assignment for an industry-related publication.

Electronic media representatives must present proof of an existing Website with relevant editorial content.

The following do not qualify for press badges: art directors, marketing representatives, promotion staff, PR representatives, or Webmasters. Freelance photographers and editors of in-house newsletters will be admitted on a case-by-case basis.
